Socks, Socks, and More Socks

Notice the shadow of the camera and my thumb trying to press the shutter button without shaking , arm out and around to the side, hoping that my feet are in the field of vision.....the trials and tribulations of taking your own sock pictures!

Pattern: Basic cuff down 60 stitches
Yarn: Koigu KPPPM - color 143D (2 skeins alternated since they were the same color in theory only)
Needles: 2 socks on 1 circular 2.25 mm (35" Crystal Palace bamboo)
I love these very basic simple socks ...my plain stockinette socks are always the 1st ones picked out of the drawer.

Next up - from my new More Sensational Knitted Socks by Charlene Schurch - I am using the Crosshatch Lace stitch ( an easy 6 stitch/8 round pattern) with a new favorite sock yarn....Crystal Palace Panda Wool ( 46% bamboo,43% wool, 11% nylon). I think it is a perfect combination of yarn and pattern!

But I am putting the Panda Wool socks on hold because my 2 sock club kits arrived a few days ago (on the very same day - nothing like spreading it out a bit) and I wanted to start them even though it goes against all my knitting rules about only 2 socks going at once...
